An Economic History of Trumpism

Something I’ve been working on since the election, to answer, “why here, why now.”  Looking back at American economic history, it seems that neoliberals excised the various parts of the American political economy that most effectively provided opportunity for those displaced by economic and technological change and mitigated the costs of the highly dynamic American economy.
